Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 2/3 Cup Half and Half
  • 2 Cups Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. In a large sauce pan over medium heat, combine the first four ingredients.
  2. Bring the milk to the simmer and stir until the ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
  3. Cool, then place in the refrigerator until cold, preferably overnight.
  4. Freeze according to your particular machine instructions.
