Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1 2/3 Cup Half and Half
- 2 Cups Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a large sauce pan over medium heat, combine the first four ingredients.
- Bring the milk to the simmer and stir until the ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
- Cool, then place in the refrigerator until cold, preferably overnight.
- Freeze according to your particular machine instructions.
